MeetReady Terms of Service

The service

MeetReady connects to your calendar, identifies external meetings, and sends pre-meeting reminders to help reduce missed or forgotten meetings.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for ensuring that you have permission to connect the calendar account you use with MeetReady.

Trials, billing, and cancellation

MeetReady may offer a free trial. After the trial, the subscription continues at the price shown at checkout unless cancelled. You can cancel through the billing portal or by contacting support.

Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law.

No guarantee of attendance

MeetReady is designed to improve meeting follow-up and reduce missed meetings, but we cannot guarantee that any attendee will join, reply, buy, attend, or convert.

Acceptable use

You must not use MeetReady to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, harassing, or spam-like communications. You must not attempt to interfere with the service or access data you are not authorised to access.

Availability

We aim to keep MeetReady reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, third-party issues, outages, or technical problems.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetReady is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost opportunity, or business interruption.
