Who we are

MeetReady helps users reduce missed external meetings by connecting to their calendar, identifying external meetings, and sending useful pre-meeting reminders.

Information we collect

We may collect your account email, Google account email, billing status, subscription details, and product activity such as calendar syncs and reminder sends.

When you connect Google Calendar, MeetReady may access calendar event information needed to provide the service, including event titles, times, attendees, response status, meeting links, descriptions, locations, and calendar timezone information.

How we use Google Calendar data

We use Google Calendar data to identify external meetings, prepare reminder timings, send pre-meeting reminders, show your upcoming protected meetings, and send your weekly MeetReady summary.

MeetReady uses calendar access for this product functionality only. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not use Google user data to train AI models.

How we store and share data

We store the information needed to run MeetReady, including connected account details, calendar event metadata, reminder schedules, and email logs.

We share data only with service providers needed to operate MeetReady, such as hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, security, and support providers. These providers process data on our behalf.

Google API Limited Use

MeetReady's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices

You can disconnect Google Calendar access from your Google Account permissions. You can also contact us to request deletion of your MeetReady account data.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, email bryn@getmeetready.co.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep MeetReady safe and reliable.

Changes

We may update this policy as MeetReady develops. If changes are material, we will update this page and the effective date.
